How to get a detailed support log from Transfer MyPC v7 and v8


Summary

Run the logging tool before the transfer.
Choose options to suit you.
Start the transfer attempt and afterwards send the log file to support@orlogix.com



Install Transfer MyPC as normal.
Before the transfer attempt that you wish to log do the following....
Go to "C:\Program Files\Orlogix\TransferMyPC"
Run PCmoverLog.exe
Tick all boxes under "What to Log"
Tick all boxes under "Detail"
Tick "File" under "method"
Choose a location and name for log file
Apply and exit
Start transfer as normal
Review log files and/or send them to support@orlogix.com if there was an issue.
