To access our free and commercial support services you must first be registered with us.
Please identify the following information to the best of your ability:
- Orlogix Product name, version and language.
- Your computer(s)'s Operating System name, version, service packs and language.
- Any relevent error messages. Screenshots of the error are especially usefull.
If you are very unfamiliar with computers we recommend seeking assistance. Please bear in mind that our support services purpose is to provide technical solutions to technical problems. We cannot provide general IT assistance or training. We also cannot provide any assistance for 3rd party products.
Please note the retailer you purchased the product from and the date of purchase as accurately as possible. Support staff may require a copy of your proof or purchase for some queries. Orlogix will not always be given that information when you purchase one of our products from a retailer.
